Brendan Balent
Brendan Balent is an associate in the Havertown office of Gabell Beaver. His representation includes commercial leasing transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, ground leases and lease modifications. Brendan graduated cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College with a B.S. in Economics and received a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, graduating with the highest academic recognition.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan was a summer associate with Fox Rothschild LLC and worked as an intern for the Honorable Lisa M. Rau in the First Judicial District of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. While in law school, Brendan was a member of The George Washington University Business and Finance Law Review.
