Michael Seaman

Michael Seaman is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Michael’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts. Michael graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Finance and Legal Studies and earned a J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael was as summer associate with Berger Harris LLP. While in law school, Michael also received his MBA from the Villanova School of Business.
