Benjamin Facey is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Ben’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts. Ben graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English language and literature and earned a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked as a law clerk for the US Army Corps of Engineers and interned with the Third Circuit’s Appellate Mediation Program. While in law school, Ben was an associate editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.
