Brandon Cook is Counsel with Gabell Beaver. His practice includes advising clients in connection with the formation and governance of Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance and commercial real estate transactions.
Before joining the firm, Brandon was an associate in the Corporate/Business Entity Counseling practice group of Berger Harris LLP and in the Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy LLP. While studying at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, he served as associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law and assisted clients seeking asylum as a pro bono contributor to the University of Pennsylvania Transnational Clinic. While studying at SciencesPo Paris, he assisted the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in furtherance of its analysis of global trade agreements.
