Katie Christopher concentrates her practice on corporate and commercial transactions and securities matters.  Her representation includes commercial contracting, merger and acquisition transactions, private equity formation and investments, and securities and regulatory filings.

Katie joined Gabell Beaver from Vanguard where she served as associate counsel before joining the investment management group to run Vanguard’s global broker and index relations team.  Katie was also a corporate and securities and private equity attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia, PA, and she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell on the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
