Matthew Rubinoff is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Matt’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts. Matt graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Economics and earned a J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt was as summer associate with Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. While in law school, Matt was the Student Manager and Assistant Director of Hockey Operations for Penn State University.
