Michelle P. Quinn is a partner in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver.   Her practice focuses primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to Delaware entities, including limited liability companies, partnership, corporations and business trusts.  Michelle has extensive experience in rendering advice and legal opinions in a wide variety of transactions, including investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions and structured finance transactions. Her work also includes rendering advice with respect to mergers, conversions and other structural changes as well as contractual interpretation issues.

Prior to joining Gabell Beaver, Michelle was a partner at Berger Harris LLP and counsel at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., both in Wilmington, Delaware.
