Suzanne focuses primarily on alternative dispute resolution.  She is certified by the Delaware Superior Court in mediation, is listed on the register of mediators and arbitrators of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, and is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s consumer arbitration panel.

Suzanne also has significant experience representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, principally involving contract and other commercial disputes.  Prior to joining Gabell Beaver, Suzanne was a partner with Berger McDermott LLP from 2012-2023, and an associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP from 2003-2012.

Suzanne is passionate about serving her community.  She has volunteered pro bono legal services as a guardian ad litem with the Delaware Office of Child Advocate since 2005, is a member of P.E.O. International, a philanthropic organization focused on the support and advancement of educational opportunities for women since 2011, and volunteers as a youth leader for the Cub Scouts.
