Benjamin Facey is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Ben’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts.

Mr. Gabell’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum including the representation of real estate developers, major financial institutions, real estate funds, REITS, retail owners and tenants, and various small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Brandon Cook is Counsel with Gabell Beaver. His practice includes advising clients in connection with the formation and governance of Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance and commercial real estate transactions.

Brian M. Gottesman is a partner in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. He has extensive experience counseling corporations and closely-held alternative entities (including limited liability companies, Delaware statutory trusts, and limited partnerships) on issues relating to their governance and management.

Ms. Rutman concentrates her practice on real estate matters. Her representation includes commercial leasing transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, ground leases and lease modifications.

Hursh S. Patel is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver.  Hursh’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts.

Katie Christopher concentrates her practice on corporate and commercial transactions and securities matters. Her representation includes merger and acquisition transactions, private equity formation and investments and securities and regulatory filings and analytics.

Matthew Rubinoff is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Matt’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts.

Mark Stevens is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Mark’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with various Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, and statutory trusts. Mark works on a variety of transactions, including investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions, and structured finance transactions. Mark graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a B.S. in Risk Management and earned a J.D. from the Beasley School of Law.

Michael Seaman is an associate in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Michael’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts. Michael graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Finance and Legal Studies and earned a J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Michelle P. Quinn is a partner in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver. Her practice focuses primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to Delaware entities, including limited liability companies, partnership, corporations and business trusts.  Michelle has extensive experience in rendering advice and legal opinions in a wide variety of transactions, including investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions and structured finance transactions. Her work also includes rendering advice with respect to mergers, conversions and other structural changes as well as contractual interpretation issues.

Robert Fitzgerald concentrates his practice on real estate matters. His representation includes commercial leasing transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, ground leases and lease modifications.
